Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 4tk10, an online gaming platform designed for players across Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 4tk10. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or simply browsing our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 4tk10, including cricket betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, fish games, and any promotional offerings. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform. We encourage all players, particularly those based in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh, to review these Terms periodically as they may be updated.

2. Eligibility and Player Requirements

To use 4tk10, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions. Failure to meet any single condition may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending funds:

• You are at least 21 years of age (21+ only). Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party or business entity.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from 4tk10 or any of its affiliated gaming services.
• You possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use online gaming services in your location.
• You are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before using this platform. 4tk10 bears no responsibility for any player who uses the platform in violation of local laws.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 4tk10. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 4tk10 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. 4tk10 will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details. You agree to:

• Never share your password or account access with any other person, including family members or friends.
• Notify 4tk10 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.
• Ensure that the personal information provided at registration is accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4tk10 supports a variety of popular payment methods to ensure smooth and convenient transactions for players across Bangladesh. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to the policies described in this section.

Deposit Policy

Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. When making a deposit, please note the following conditions:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and will be clearly displayed on the payment page at the time of the transaction.
• 4tk10 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply independent transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error or through fraudulent means will be subject to investigation and funds may be frozen pending resolution.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed according to our standard verification and processing schedule. To safeguard player accounts and comply with anti-money laundering best practices, the following conditions govern all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a verified account that matches the registered name on your 4tk10 profile. Requests to send funds to a different name or account will be declined.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be approved. This may include submission of a valid national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification document.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and the volume of requests being handled at the time.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4tk10 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements and promotional terms, which are communicated at the time each offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all promotional activities on the platform:

• A welcome bonus is available for new players making their first qualifying deposit. Full wagering requirements and terms are displayed at the time of claim.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the rollover requirement) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real cash.
• 4tk10 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice if circumstances require such action.
• Promotions are designed for genuine recreational players. Any use of bonuses in a systematic, abusive, or commercially exploitative manner — including bonus hunting and matched betting — is prohibited and may result in account closure.

6. Responsible Gaming Commitment

4tk10 is committed to providing a safe, transparent, and responsible gaming environment. We encourage all players to treat gaming as a form of entertainment and to set clear limits on their time and spending. If you believe gaming may be negatively affecting your life, we urge you to reach out to our support team or use any of the responsible gaming tools described below:

• Deposit limit controls: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to stay within a budget that suits you.
• Self-exclusion options: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform if you feel the need to take a break from gaming.
• Player support: Contact our support team at [email protected] if you are concerned about your gaming habits. We treat all responsible gaming enquiries with complete confidentiality.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 4tk10. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances without further notice:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to manipulate game outcomes, harvest bonuses, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to defraud the platform or other players.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process.

4tk10 makes no warranty, expressed or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. While we employ SSL encryption and robust security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

4tk10 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all its players. We collect, store, and process your personal information strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using 4tk10, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. All data is handled with industry-standard security protocols including SSL encryption.

The date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of 4tk10 following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact our support team to arrange closure of your account.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and all matters relating to your use of 4tk10 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of fair gaming and commercial practice. In the event of any dispute arising between you and 4tk10, we encourage all parties to first seek an amicable resolution through our support team at [email protected]. 4tk10 is committed to investigating all player complaints promptly and fairly, and to providing a transparent resolution process within a reasonable timeframe. Players based in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, or elsewhere in Bangladesh are entitled to the same fair resolution process.
